Button-Ups and DIY Jewelry

As you can tell from my recent posts I got a haircut, but it was getting to be a bit plain. Yesterday I decided that maybe adding a longer extension to the right side would make it more unique. Sure enough it did! I continue to get compliments about how unique and pretty it is. I might dye it blonde or red, what do you think?

I have recently discovered a fondness for ornate mirrors, and picture frames. Hence the reason why I took a picture in this mirror. I cant wait until I move out so that I can furnish my own place with the most beautiful decorative mirrors and frames. <3

Stripes and Anchors

Recently the sailor look has been a big hit, and now its popping up everywhere. So when my good friend, Madeline, and I went thrifting we were lucky enough to find a sweet pair of nautical yellow shorts featuring blue anchors. Of course, this deserved an equally cute top and we settled on a blue striped tank with lace trim. And this whole outfit was under $5, talk about a steal. What kind of price steal have you came up on? Leave your comments and links to you pictures below :)

Toms vs. Sanuk

When it comes to gym shoes, or anything that resembles one I am immediatly turned off. But two types of slip on type shoes have been catching my attention lately. I have convinced myself to get a pair of each, but couldnt bring myself to buy BOTH brands. Help me choose?

Toms are the more expensive of the two, but that doesnt mean they arent worth it. For every pair of Toms you buy they send a pair to a child in need. They seem extremely comfy, and come in every shade pattern, and texture. But I am still not sure...

Sank on the other hand is cheaper. It is mainly a big time surfer brand with their shoes being made from recycled flip flops. They are comfy, durable, and super summer chic. Though the undistinguished look of them doesnt win me, they still seem just as good as the Toms.

WHICH SHOULD I BUY?!

Maxi Dresses Paired With Vests

Not only are maxi dresses making a comeback, but they are doing so with vests! I never thought such a pair would exist, but channel surfing I was stunned to see them beautifully paired by the lovely Hayley Kiyoko of Disney Channel's Lemonade Mouth. Then days later I began to see the dynamic duo everywhere, being worn by every model, actress, and average joe (or jane haha). So be on the lookout for this look coming to you, or you might already have tried this look. Now I am in search of the perfect maxi dress because I have vests galore haha. So tell me, what do you think goes perfectly with a vest? Leave your comments and links to your picture below <3

Leopard Print and Roses

[flower: Claire's/bracelets: H&M/dress: my mom's/ring: Hong Kong]

So after a new haircut, which obviously brought about a new attitude, I needed something DIFFERENT to wear. After digging through tons of clothes and trying on over 20 combinations I found the perfect combination. Nothing says HOT like leopard print and some red to balance it out. Of course, I had to wear my white summer dress to celebrate the excellent weather. What are you wearing today? Leave a comment and a link to your picture <3

To Denim or Not To Denim

So after instantly falling in love with these adorable little heels I was faced with a major dilemma. What would actually go with these? I was thinking the obvious pairing of denim on denim but then I realized that would be too expected. So what do you think could go with these shoes? Leave a comment including pictures and tell me why they go together so well.
